Thanks for your interest in our products and services (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the below terms and conditions (the “Service Terms”) in their entirety. The use of this website and its Services indicates your acceptance of these Service Terms (the “Agreement”). PLEASE READ Your AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. If ever in conflict, to the extent of such conflict, the Service Terms will take precedence over any other terms of the Agreement.
As used in the Agreement, “you” means the individual or entity using the Services (and/or any individual, entity or successor entity, agency or network acting on your behalf), “we,” “us” or “Tempe Trophy” means Arizona Accolades, LLC, dba Tempe Trophy, and dba EngravableZ.
SERVICE
Tempe Trophy is a custom-engraving specialist, offering the finest workmanship and quality products. The nature of our business is permanent marking. You are fully responsible for providing us with the accurate information, text, and images to produce your work correctly.
We have the right to refuse or limit your access to the Services. Tempe Trophy reserves the right to change or discontinue services or items on our website temporarily or permanently without notice. All prices, specifications and terms of sales on this site are subject to change without notice. All Services are subject to approval of Tempe Trophy and are not binding until accepted by Tempe Trophy.
All Services are subject to availability of materials and component parts. We are not liable for inability to fulfill order(s) due to material or component shortage.
We do not assume responsibility for any typographical or price errors that may appear on this site. We will inform you of any such error prior to an order being processed.
PRODUCTION TIME
Your order is important to us and we work to fulfill it within your desired time frame. Normal production time is 10 business days for all stock products and Services. Rush service is available when workload permits. A Rush Fee will likely be charged for your order. The production time for non-stock or custom products and services is approximately 15 to 30 business days.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders are considered firm. However, if an order must be canceled, we must have written confirmation prior to your order fulfillment. Orders that have been partially or fully completed will be billed according.
SHIPPING
We predominately ship with UPS and insure all packages shipped. In the event that your product is lost or damaged during shipping, we will file a UPS claim on your behalf as long as you are able to provide proof of damage and all relevant packing material and information. Overnight or rush-shipping options are available. Please call our store for additional information.
RETURNS
We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your order. Any claims for repair, replacement or refund must be presented in writing within 30 days of order shipment or order pick up for our review and approval. Approving the return of Services is subject to circumstance and will not be granted in situations where Tempe Trophy fulfilled the expected Services with accuracy. Non-engraved merchandise authorized for return by Tempe Trophy will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Personalized items may not be returned.
PAYMENT & CREDIT TERMS
Payment in full required to begin production of an order. All products will be shipped only after payment has been received
SALES TAXES
Tempe Trophy is responsible for all taxes (if any) associated with the goods and services provided to the end customer. If you are a resale or wholesale customer with the intent to resale the Services, you are responsible for all taxes (if any) associated with the Services that you are providing to another end customer.
COPYRIGHT/ IMAGE USE
Tempe Trophy does not claim rights or privileges to any images, designs, logos or artwork used to create its products. Tempe Trophy does not claim to have any rights or privileges to create, reproduce or sell any image, design, logo or artwork held in copyright and/or trademark by another holder. Tempe Trophy assumes the client has permission to use the image, design, logo or artwork submitted for production. The client agrees to assume any and all liabilities for legal actions taken against Tempe Trophy for copyright infringement and all alleged infringement of rights will be referred to the client who ordered the product with the alleged infringed property. Tempe Trophy will not bear liability for infringement.
Tempe Trophy reserves the right to use images of any product produced for advertising and display purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing at the time they place the order.
LOGO & DATA UPLOADS
Please provide artwork via download using the following guidelines for submission.
- Preferred formats are vectored file: .eps, .ai and .cdr
- Other compatible formats are .pdf, .tiff, .jpg (300 dpi or higher)
- Artwork should be black and white, without any form of grayscale or shading
***Additional charges may apply for the recreation of customer artwork in any other format than those listed above.
You may also choose to upload data files for easy text transfer, team lists, one-line text changes, etc.
- Preferred formats include, Microsoft Word or Excel, or PDF.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
